Read it carefully before booking this hotel. I have booked this almost before 15 days of my stay through agoda. I have booked 2 rooms, 1 for 2 days and 1 for 1 day, as another person has to shift to some other hotel. We have some requests that we have raised through agoda. After looking at the hotel, I thought it would be great, but being a 3-star hotel, I was not that confident, so I tried calling multiple times to the hotel directly. Their hotel number is incorrect after so many searches connected with the hotel. The hotel person transferred my call to Mr. Amit, who is looking after the reservation department. I had rechecked whether you received our room preference request, and he simply denied it. I had told him that I needed a room on a high floor, preferably with a balcony. He said we have received only 1 room payment, so it is difficult to assign the same. On his advice, I have paid for the complete payment of other rooms as well and wrote and emailed that, as discussed, this will be our preference for the rooms. He agreed to give that when we reached the hotel reception, personnel gave rooms on the 1st floor. We informed him that we informed him of this over email and from Agonda, but the person who was not even trying to understand our concerns told us to talk to the reservation team. I had to spend 30 minutes again arguing with these people in spite of sharing all the details in advance. Finally, I got the room on the higher floor, but still, not according to our preference. We have requested a poolside view anyway. We understood there was no sense in wasting our time, so we left everything as it was decided by the hotel staff. Our female friend got the room, which has a joint balcony with another room that was connected with a group of boys who were smoking on the balcony. She came to me and asked me if we could change the room as she couldn’t smell cigarette smoke. I had called at the reception, which made me understand all the situation. He replied, Sir, bs hum aapke liye hi nahi bethe hai hamare pass or bhi log hai room dene le liye hai end, simply cut my call. I have told my friend that you have only one option to manage. Our first-day experience is spoiled just because of the of the inexperienced staff this hotel has. We have called 11.10 p.m. at the reception and said we are hungry. Can we order food? They said their restaurant is closed at 11 p.m., so there is no chance that is fine for us as we have to follow whatever they say. We had some light snacks and went to sleep. We realized that we don't have water in our room. We called again at the reception and asked for water. We got a reply that everything gets closed by 11 p.m. so you can get water at 7 a.m. only. I was extremely surprised and shocked. I went down as my friends are super thirsty. I saw one of their staff members sleeping, so I asked him for water. He said we have only the option of boring water. I said sorry, we don’t have the habit of having boring water. So there was no option of water. Even finally, we approached a group of people doing a party in the hotel, and they offered us 1 bottle of water. I have booked this hotel just looking at the picture, which I have shown to my sister too, and she really liked it. My parents told me to check the availability of the hotel for my sister's marriage, but from the experience they have given, I can’t even have someone offer my complementary stay in this hotel. At the time of check-out, we went to the reception to check our pending bills to settle down. While checking with the receptionist, he had charged an additional person a charge to my bill. I had informed the reservationist, and this guy said one day before my friend would leave, but they had charged us a big amount, which is not even a 5-star hotel charge. I have told you very clearly that we have not used your extra bed, not even the facility, and then you are charging us. He said your friend was here till the evening in our property (not even in the room); she was there with us in the garden area. I have told him very clearly that this is extremely wrong. He said this is our policy now that we have already charged, so you have to give the money. Then he threatened me that I would not be able to check out until you settled the bill. I have called reservation team Amit, and he is also in the same line I had a train to catch from Ajmer; hence, I rested my case and was given money as they demanded. If anyone is looking to book this hotel, I can guarantee you will definitely get the best option at this hotel. Conclusion: Property is good, housekeeping and restaurant staff are humble, and you can’t expect the hospitality. They are pure money-minded people. Specially for solo lady is not a good option. Please attached photo this kind of bill they give without any explanation and they also put GST in the same without breakup of cost. Literally horrible people.

Worst food we have ever had. Tasteless food with no proper spices or cooking. Chef does not know how to cook. Very less variety and no buffet even for dinner. Less items in breakfast and no taste in food.

From the outside, the hotel evokes the magical atmosphere of an ancient royal palace. The garden is very beautiful, lush, but the positive aspects of this hotel end there. The hotel desperately needs maintenance and renovation. Dated tired rooms Unsafe electrics. The bath mat and shower curtain were both stained. Breakfast and dinner are basic and very Indian : all vegetarian and very limited choice.

1. Receptionist wasn’t welcoming upon entry during check-in. He just said sign here..here..here. 2. Walk way from reception entry all the way to the room in side the building all the lights are either completely off or few bulbs on. Very dark place. 3. I didn’t know I have to ask for WiFi password! 4. The room wasn't properly ready. All bathroom dispensers empty of soap, shampoo, conditioner. 5. The toilet jet spray not working properly. 6.No dedicated outlets to charge our phones, I went to ask the receptionist and he said “pull the plug from the lamp to use the outlet” SERIOUSLY?!? 7. The bed seems like it is going to break apart. 8. Restaurant wasn’t ready to serve food during dinner hours. We had to wait 1 hour for our food. And our all inclusive dinner only means food included , which means we had to pay for water! SERIOUSLY? 9. If this Hotel wants to cater to foreigners then this hotel needs some serious international hospitality training and policies set in place. 10. If any foreigner come to this place and give this hotel 4 or 5 stars then they don’t have any idea of hotel standards. I understand not everyone will have the same experience as us, but I hope you might have a better one then we did.

A few touches away from being a really lovely hotel. We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour. Pros - Quiet location. - Pretty gardens. - Good quality and very reasonably priced food and drink. - Great (although a little too attentive) service. - Very quick to help resolve faulty air conditioning. - Clean. Cons - The lights were off in the public areas which gave it an eerie feeling. Although on visiting the accommodation to the right of the entrance (there are two separate buildings) it felt brighter. - Overly fussy and dark rooms. - General decor and pool facilities in need of updating, particularly the bathroom. If there was music on in the restaurant it would create an atmosphere which was completely lacking. Also it would make a big difference if the table cloths were changed between meals.
